Screw feeding big bag packing machine for packing powder materials which flowability is not good.
Representative materials are Alumina, Kaolin, Lime Carbonate, Bentonite, Dry Mortar, powder copper concentrate and etc.
Along with the developing of powder industry and import and export business, the big bag packer and conveying products generate.The Big Bag Packing system is specifically designed to handle the big packing of kinds of powder. Except manually applying the bag, all processes are performed automatically. Regulating the feed speed in three stages by converter, it can effectively pack the material of 40 mesh to 2000 mesh.
Working principle
Materials are fed into big bag by feeding screw, frequency control, high speed ensures speed, and low speed ensures accuracy. Feeding stops when reaching the preset value. The bag clamping device open, big bag is conveyed away by fork truck. Manually place bag for next packing.
